Some things I remember:

When Harry was holding time trials for the Glass City Relays, he was trying to get together an "A" relay for the crescendo relay (where the first swimmer is 10 & under, the second is 11&12, the third is 13&14, and the anchorman is 15 & over, and each swimmer swam a progressively longer race). When the trials were finished for the 10 & under, little 10-year-old Tommy Szuba had won! He was ecstatic, because he knew he would be on the same relay as --PETE ADAMS--!!!!! After Tommy climbed out of the pool, he said, "Well, I hope Pete doesn't blow the big lead I'm going to give him!!!"
