Western High had a majority of the first places yesterday but lost a dual swimming to Redford's depth, 56-49.
Western had six firsts and Redford five. Redford, however, placed 1-2 in the 50 and 100-yard butterfly in addition to taking the medley and freestyle relays, each of which was good for eight points.
Western's double winners were Ricky Skarbo (100-yard backstroke and 200-yard freestyle); Dennis Manrique (100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard individual medley); and George Saldana (400-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle).
Saldana set a Western pool record of 4:24.2 for the 400.
Cooley swept 11 events while drubbing Chadsey 80-22.
Cass defeated Central 68-28, for its fourth in a row, as Dave Dixon led in the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard individual medley. Cody beat Mackenzie, 63-42.  John Westcott won the backstroke and individual medley for Cody, Mackenzie's Ron Boyd taking the 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard freestyle.
Denby bettered two relay marks in its 100-foot pool while winning from Southeastern, 75-29.  The medley mark was reduced to 2:39.1, the freestyle relay to 2:19.5
