| Detroit Swimmers Capture 4 Races
CLEVELAND, June 29.--Rick Skarbo and Doug Webster, of the Detroit Patton
Pool team, combined to take three firsts in the Great Lakes Invitational
Swim- ming meet here today.
Skarbo, 17, won the 220-yard backstroke in the open age grouping in
2:27 and the 220-yard individual medley in 2:31.8. Webster, 15, won the
220-yard butter- fly in the open age group in 2:31.1. All times were
Lake Erie District AAU records. The Patton Pool team of Tina Solis, Carol
Danboise, Alice Ceresko and Mary Lou Shefsky won the 11-12 age group freestyle
relay in 2:18.2. The time was also an AAU district record.
