PATTON SWEEPS
TEAM HONORS - RECORDS SET
The Patton swim team swept the team total high point honors for both
the boys and the girls divisions in a meet held last Saturday at Seaholm
High School pool.
The Patton 400 yard Medley Relay for boys 15 and 16 set a new National
Age Group record in a time of 3:56.0.
The Swimmers in this event were: Rick Skarbo, Backstroke, Dennis Manrique,
Breaststroke, Ray Ferguson, Butterfly, and Pete Adams, Freestyle.
Patton also set a new State Age Group Record in the 200 yard Freestyle
Relay for boys 13 and 14 with a time of 1:46.4. Members of this team were:
Mark Manrique, Stan Johnson, Carl Boyd and Doug Webster.
